Mobility is possible only by being mobile. Seems self-evident but this is the basis of the Cycles method for fitness and self-expression. CYCLES lifts us out of our mostly sedentary or repetitive daily action and fills us with breath, energy, flow, co-ordinations, impulse, patterns, alignments, stretch, strength, power, self-expression through individual and group exercises that ENERGIZE and REJUVENATE our natural capacities for movement.

Maxine Heppner’s technique is a mindful movement-dance training that integrates over 40 years of Dance, Theatre and traditional movement practices. It allows for each person to work within personal needs and references. > For every person who enjoys expressing themselves through movement. All abilities. For all who move and want to do it dancing.

“Deep and powerful – calling on over 45 years of experience, Maxine gentles one into a mobility energized for strength, imagination and ease.”
