Nuit Rose is almost here!

We are so thrilled to be a partner on this fantastic celebration of Queer Art and Culture as part of World Pride.

This late night event will be held on Saturday, June 21st, 2014 from 7pm until 3 am in two areas: Queen Street West Church Wellesley Village.

Artscape Youngplace will be open for exploration until 1 am.  In addition to art exhibitions, installations, open studios and a design market, we will a host family friendly workshop to create lights and lanterns, perfect for participating in the Nuit Rose Light Parade that departs Artscape Youngplace around 9:45.

Nuit Rose Events include:

  • art installations
  • artist exhibitions
  • art marketplace
  • performance, theatre and music
  • film, video and digital art
  • audience participation

There will be a free Art Bus running between The 519 Church St. Community Centre and the Gladstone Hotel between 8pm and 1am. The bus will make stops at Pachter Hall, Onsite [at] OCADU, and Artscape Youngplace and your trip includes a special performance by The Sisters of Perpetual Indulgence.
