Edge: Youth Art Show – Etobicoke Arts

Edge: Youth Art Show is an opportunity for Secondary School Students (grades 9-12) and young people (14-18 years) in TDSB & TCDSB schools & agencies across the City of Toronto to showcase their work at Artscape Youngplace in the Hallway Galleries. It is a free 7-day exhibition of student artwork. It is non-juried with over 100 high school students & youth from approximately 20 schools and agencies across the City participating in the program each year.

This grant and proposal writing workshop hands on workshop focuses on proposal writing for grants. Writing speculative proposals is challenging. By writing a proposal under a nom de plume and then being part of a mock jury, you will experience how a jury reads proposals and what works well in that context. The workshop includes a comprehensive handout with resources to take home.
