This class has a special emphasis on photographic composition and it encourages participants to create a line of thought with images. During the course much is discussed regarding the timing, the message and the techniques to improve photographs’ visual impact. Students will also begin to grasp the new digital workflow and the editing process to experiment with story-telling. Participants will have weekly assignments to be reviewed in class. Prerequisites: Photography ONE or portfolio review. Participants need to bring their own camera (digital SLRs, mirrorless or compact cameras with manual mode). 4 weeks / 16 hours. Tuesdays and Thursdays, 6.30 pm – 8.30 pm, starting on Tuesday February 4.
