Presented by Bandana Singh, Culture Leap | This workshop allows aspiring creative project-makers and culture-makers to set aside time in their busy schedules to focus on project planning and execution, making their own creative practice a priority. The three-part series consists of a monthly meeting with Culture Leap in a small group environment. The group will support each participant in compiling tools they’ll need to develop and execute their project. Each session begins with a facilitated welcoming exercise along with small group project exchanges. The main workshop activity involves building a basic project charter for each participant’s creative project. The charter involves mapping resources (funds, networks, venues, supplies) with major milestones, listing achievable tasks, and establishing a personal reward system. Each charter will be reviewed through the series and will act as an action map. Participants have the option to enter project milestones into cloud management software so they can remain accountable to their charter online.
