Jayu Speaks Panel Discussion On Tibetan Art In Exile

Join us as Jayu hosts an evening of discussions on Tibetan traditional and contemporary art practice, preserving artistic traditions in exile as well as the state of artistic practice within Tibet.

The first half of this event will include a panel discussion with Andrea Paras (Assistant Professor of Political Science at the University of Guelph and one of the producers of Artists In Exile/ Tibetans Of Toronto), Urgyen Badheytsang (Tibetan activist), and Lungtok Gyatso (featured artist in Artists In Exile/Tibetans Of Toronto). Our second half will include an interview with Khydup Gyatso (featured artist in Artists In Exile/Tibetans Of Toronto) and Dorjee Tsering (Tibetan musician and performer).

We are so honoured to have Jayu Speaks host this event!
