Government Relations for the Creative Community

November 17, 2014 @ 10:00 am to 4:00 pm

A Government Relations (GR) strategy helps an organization tell its story to engage with government stakeholders. It may be to: raise awareness; position for funding advantage; influence public policy, regulation or legislation; or a variety of other goals.

This workshop will help you identify a strategy that works for you using the best tactics to fit with your business goals. It will look at the key elements of Government Relations, and help you develop a strategic outline and an actionable campaign.

Specifically focusing on the creative community, this workshop will help participants identify their GR goals and see how an integrated plan to engage with government advances an organization’s profile, and manages and builds their reputation with key government stakeholders. It will also look at integrating communications’ messages into your plan while staying in line with your strategic objectives.

A catered lunch is included in the the cost of the workshop.
