Basic Ballet for all Bodies is a gender-inclusive, gentle (re-)approach to the basics of ballet class for those who may have loved it in the past, or never done it before, and want to (re-)engage in the pleasure of the movement without all the trimmings.
Sara teaches a basic-level technique class that focuses on healthy alignment, strengthening, integrating breath and pleasure in moving. (Re-)Learn the language of ballet: pliés, tendus, dégagés, adagio. Practice (and master!) some simple choreography. Impress your friends at parties! We will work together toward pleasure and play in ballet.
